1. Spacious room with large windows
2. Equipped with an exhaust (ventilation) system (for circulating fresh outside air).
3. Complete cooling and heating system (with air purification and dehumidification capabilities).
4. Underfloor heating in all rooms (maintaining a consistent temperature at all times).
5. IP cameras installed (real-time monitoring via mobile phones).
6. Thorough sanitization and hygiene management (daily basic cleaning and thorough disinfection and cleaning before and after each stay using a steam cleaner).

This is a daily rate. (It's not based on a 24-hour stay)
For example, if you stay in a deluxe room for 3 nights and 4 days, you can check in and check out freely between 11 AM and 8 PM. The cost would be 4 days x 30,000 won = 120,000 won.
Same-day use: Please bring your own bathroom items or an additional 5,000 won will be charged.
Check-in and check-out times: You can check in and check out freely from 11 AM to 8 PM. However, please inform us in advance. An additional charge of 5,000 won per hour applies for other hours.
There is no refund for early check-out. (We operate on a reservation basis, and rooms are marked as unavailable, so please understand.)
Refund policy:
Cancellation 7 days before the intended use date: Full refund
Cancellation 5 days before the intended use date: 70% refund
Cancellation 3 days before the intended use date: 50% refund
Cancellation 1 day before the intended use date: 20% refund
Cancellations on the same day are not accepted.
